An exciting opportunity has arisen in a progressive and innovative Healthcare Organisation in Mansfield. Having recently taken on more sites the company is looking to expand their staff team.
Full description:
The job role will include supporting Service User's with independent living skills, personal care, activities and emotional support.
This applicant will need to be able to professionally and effectively deal with challenging situations. The company offer an extensive and thorough training programme and are in conjunction with West Nottinghamshire College who offer Diplomas in Health and Social Care.
The company also provides specific training booklets and sessions relevant to the Service User group that you work with to help you fully understand the role and the individuals that you would be supporting. Internal progression routes are available and encouraged, enhanced pay for long serving employees.
You will be employed by Innova House Healthcare and will be working towards Health & Social Care Qualifications as well as various In-house courses required to fulfill this role. Also internal progression routes to Team Leader Available.
Experience and Qualificatons in a similar Position Preferable but not essential.
Hours are Full Time Across Mornings and Afters Shifts as follows: 07.30 - 14.45 and 14.45 - 21.30 (Total 42.5 Hours/week)
Part Time and Bank Position also Available (Bank Positions Would suit parents with childcare restrictions, University and College Students and people only able to work a few shifts per week)
