Rowan
Rowan is a residential service for physical disability and learning disability, this includes individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health and various individual needs and autism. There are three bungalows, with two being two bedroom facilities. The bungalows are situated together approximately half a mile from the Innova House Healthcare Limited main site.
Individuals that access this service often require a quieter environment with a higher staffing ratio. The accommodation allows for this by being spacious and away from the main site. Complex management plans incorporate the specialist skills, knowledge and experience of our Care Managers, as well as the external professionals linked to the individual, to enable a safe and progressive placement. This is further enhanced by our highly skilled and trained staff team who provide support day and night as required.
Person centred planning is key to achieving a realistic and achievable progression route for the individual, where their needs and wishes are explored and promoted in a way that encompasses their best interests, risk probability and wellbeing support, which allows them to feel valued as members of the local community and in turn support them to embrace this responsibility.
