Forest Road is a vibrant setting based in Mansfield that provides a base for all of our fun activities and learning sessions. We create tailor-made opportunities for people to learn new skills and gain confidence and independence in a variety of different areas to encourage happier healthier lifestyles.
We embrace all kinds of ideas and aspirations and tailor our day care to suit the needs of our service users to their full potential. We have many open events and activity sessions that are run from our purpose built day care centre.

Cook for Yourself
Monday: 10am-12pm – £25/Session
Simple Meal ideas to try out. Learn simple skills such as Baking, Frying, Chopping and Preparing a meal safely and hygienically.
Cost per session starts from £7.65 and are assessed per individuals need. We can provide Personal Care Assistance, support and encouragement.
Transport from the Mansfield Area is available if required, charged at £0.50/Mile.
