What is Home Care Outreach?
Our hourly homecare services have been designed to provide much needed home help for
people who need on-going assistance and support. They may have recently been re-introdcued back into home living
from residential care, having rehabilitation after an accident or illness or simply are unable to continue the level of personal care and home tasks required to live totally independentaly.
Why we Care About our Work?
Innova House aim to enable you or your loved ones to live both comfortably and independently in the home and by offering the support you need and want when you want through visiting care we ensure
that you get the exact level of help you require.
Whether it’s tailored personal care at home or housekeeping, help with shopping or going out assistance or even help preparing a meal and a quick chat, our experienced outreach wokers can help.
With years of care experience, we’ve provided care for people affected by many conditions and understand what people expect from home care. We always encourage independance and wherever possible our
outreach workers not only care but if required we can show or teach you to do certain tasks as we do them in our continuous effort to promote independace whenever possible.
Taking the First Step is Easy.
Reaching out for hourly homecare can sometimes seem danuting. It could be one of the biggest choices you have to make in your life. It doesn’t matter whether you’re seeking additional support in your
own home, or looking for home help for a loved one – we’re there to talk you through all aspects of our hourly homecare services.
Care requirements vary from person to person and everyone is expected to have a tailored plan with details of what they like and how they like things done. Whilst some people might require
multiple hourly homecare visits on a daily basis, others may only need our home carers to visit for just half an hour a week.
All of our hourly care is centred on the needs of our customers. Our passionate Outreach Workers maintain regular communication with the friends and families of the people they care for, as well
as professionals from the healthcare industry, to create a visiting care plan tailored specifically to them.
Our ‘supported living’ enables you or your loved ones to receive the amount of home help visits you or they require without any disruption to existing routines or lifestyles.
Hourly visiting care covers everything from personal care to companionship, and much more. On a visit to a customer’s home, our Outreach Workers can help them get dressed and ready for the day,
as well as get ready for bed. They can also provide personal care for more sensitive issues, such as continence care and washing.
We can help customers with their medication, and provide housekeeping help too – ranging from preparing and cooking meals, vacuuming and doing the laundry to helping customers to get out of
their homes to visit friends, collect prescriptions, dog walking or go shopping.
Who are our Outreach Support Workers?
Innova Healthcare has a range of caring services including residential care homes, day services and also a Centre for Brain Injury Rehabilitation. We have specialist support workers used to dealing
with people with: Physical Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury, Learning Disibilities, Autistic Conditions, Complex Behaviours and Needs and Also people with Personal Care Requirements, so we know
how to deliver the best care we can each and every time. We employ all of our own carers who actively go through intense induction traning and a comprehensive training plan in conjunction with the
local college and various training organistaions to achieve nationally recognised Health & Social Care Qualifications. We never use carers provided by agencies, which allows us to assess each
employee individually. They go through DBS checks and all sign our own Duty of Care Declaration meaning we provide only the highest level of care possible.
